Mr. Ebner focuses on representing closely-held businesses, estate planning and gift planning for business owners, professionals, executives, individuals and families. Succession planning for businesses, business transactions and asset protection planning are also part of Mr. Ebner’s practice. He also has extensive experience assisting individuals and families with probate and guardianship administration as well as litigation when necessary.
Mr. Ebner is a member of the Columbus Bar Association’s Estate and Gift Tax Committee.
Mr. Ebner is dedicated to volunteering his time by being active in a variety of ways that have personal relevance to him such as having participated in and fundraised for the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer, as well as the Alzheimer’s Association’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s. He also served as a tutor for the same underprivileged Chicago area youth for over six (6) years and served on the Board of Chicago Lights Tutoring Program through which he volunteered his time. Mr. Ebner has been invited to speak throughout the Franklin County community on the topics of elder abuse, neglect and exploitation as well as on the Franklin County Office on Aging’s Senior Options Program that enables Franklin County seniors to remain independent and in their homes with the help of supportive services.
