Ms. Leyda is a legal assistant in the areas of Estate Planning and Probate Administration, Real Estate, and Corporate. She has experience in estate planning document assembly and drafting. Ms. Leyda serves as the Funding Coordinator for clients by assisting with the transfer of assets into trusts prior to death. She assists clients from start to finish in administering an estate of a decedent, including the preparation of both state and federal estate tax returns. Ms. Leyda has experience in drafting and recording deeds to transfer title to real estate and coordinates with corporations to prepare various documents including director and shareholder minutes.
